Blitz Advertising LLC ("Blitz", "we", "us") is an advertising and creative production studio based in Puerto Rico. We operate remotely and serve clients worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You also agree that your use of the services is not prohibited by any law that applies to you.
Submitting an inquiry through our site does not create a formal business relationship. A signed written agreement is required to establish project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. Until that agreement is executed, no engagement exists.
Payment terms are set out in your signed agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work for accounts with overdue balances. Blitz may also terminate any engagement immediately, with no refund, in cases of abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct.
Every project runs in four phases: Briefing, Concept, Production and Delivery. The guarantee has two parts, and each one applies to a specific part of that process.
On-time delivery. If we miss the delivery date set in your agreement, you get 100% of your money back. The timeline is counted in business days from the start of the Production phase, which is the point where you approve the concept in writing. The Briefing and Concept phases do not count toward it, and neither do days spent waiting on your feedback or materials.
Revisions. Every project includes one revision round. Additional rounds can be added to your quote before work begins, and once the rounds in your agreement are used, further rounds can be added at an extra cost. Revisions apply to the video only: once you approve the concept, the creative direction, the look and the approved frames are locked and cannot be changed through a revision. The on-time delivery guarantee covers the first complete version of your deliverables. Revision rounds fall outside the guaranteed timeline and do not count against it, including the time you take to review, request changes or approve, and the time we take to apply those changes.
Technical AI glitches. In the Concept phase we lock the creative direction and generate frame stills and scene previews from your brief, so you can see how the final piece will look before production starts. If you spot a distracting technical AI glitch in those stills, such as warped hands or faces, melting or morphing objects, broken text or impossible anatomy, and our team cannot fix it within 24 hours of your written notice, you get 100% of your money back.
This part of the guarantee can only be claimed during the Concept phase. Once you approve the concept in writing and production begins, it no longer applies, and the guarantee covers on-time delivery only. Matters of taste, and changes to a direction you already approved, are not technical glitches; they are handled as revisions under your agreement.
How to claim. Send written notice to adsbyblitz@gmail.com describing the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where your signed agreement sets different terms, the agreement prevails.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all creative materials, drafts, and deliverables produced by Blitz remain the intellectual property of Blitz. Licenses or ownership transfers to clients must be granted in writing.
We treat any non-public business information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or where you have authorized disclosure.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or functionality, or copy, reproduce, or exploit any of its content without our written permission.
Our work may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, or TikTok. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of these external services.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including but not limited to conversions, sales, social media growth, or audience reach. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
